At Prasad Hospital, cashless treatment facility is available through insurance company or a third part administrator (TPA). A valid insurance policy or TPA card should be presented at the admission desk during admission to the hospital. If the insurance policy or TPA card is unavailable in case of an emergency, admission to the hospital will be done but the documents must be produced as soon as possible. Appropriate authority should approve the cashless treatment. If the cashless treatment facility has been denied from the TPA, the bill must be paid in full through cash, debit card, credit card or demand draft when the final settlement of bills is being done during discharge.
